Nickle Lake is only five minutes east of Weyburn on Highway #39. Nickle Lake has walleye, perch and northern pike and periodically stocked. A fish cleaning area is supplied, there is two boat launch areas and a floating dock for loading and unloading passengers.
Rafferty Reservoir is Prize Walleye and big pike await on the over 55 km of pristine fishing awaits on the Rafferty Reservoir, half an hour east of Weyburn. For anglers and recreational boaters, the boat launch facility at Mainprize Regional Park provides access to the Rafferty Reservoir.
